Continuous Run/Dual Control
Dual Control
Dual control allows users to run the unit with automatic start/stop control, or the optional continuous run setting during high duty cycle peak demand periods.
Optional Settings
The optional continuous run setting allows the pump to cool internally and save the electric motor and magnetic switch from excessive frequent starting and stopping of the electric motor.
Pressure Lube
Pressure Lubrication is the second type of lubrication systems. This system is more technically advanced and a far more precise method to deliver oil to critical parts of the pump, resulting in longer pump life. The oil is pumped through an oil filter and into the pump where it is then recycled and reused. Since the oil pump is delivering the oil more efficiently the viscosity of the oil is less critical than with a splash system. In the air compressor industry, it is typically more costly to upgrade to pressure lubrication systems. *Our high efficiency manufacturing facility 0to the tank. With this radiator, we target outlet air to the tank within 10 degrees of ambient temperature.
Tensioner
Piston
Piston compressors come optional with a belt tensioner. This belt tensioner allows you to easily and quickly tighten your belts. These tensioners also have a double bolt tension device that allows you to keep the belts in perfect alignment. No pry bars needed to tighten your belts!
Rotary
All Rotary Screw belt driven models 5HP – 20HP include an automatic spring-loaded belt tensioning device. This keeps a steady pressure for optimal belt tension.
Belt Drive
Our belt driven compressors are driven by V belts that allow you to adjust the pump speeds by changing pulley sizes.

Our farm was in need of a engine powered compressor for our service truck. I talked directly to Matt the owner of Eaton compressor company. He was incredibly helpful in explaining which size would be able to handle our needs. He was able to set us up with a returned unit. It is a combination Compressor/welder/generator. Upon arrival and first use it had a fitting loose which enabled it to lose oil. I contacted company. They immediately sent me replacement oil. It it a fabulous unit. I ran it continuously while blowing off two combines and other equipment. It has plenty of volume and pressure. Never had to wait for it to catch up. The generator/welder will be a great asset to our service truck. Unit is of excellent design and build quality. Highly recommend dealing with this company.
