Air End
Operation
Rotary Air ends are devices that compress air. Air ends consist of an oil injected male and female rotor. These air ends are engineered for up to 100% duty cycle and are relatively quiet with life expectations up to 150,000 hours.
Continuous Airflow
Rotary Screw air ends are designed to produce continuous, steady airflow. Using this ultimate design criterion, screw air ends are great for applications where consistent airflow is a must, for example in industrial plants and operations.
Reliability and Durability
Screw Air Ends are reliable and durable even in harsh conditions. For example, mining and construction rigs (as well as firefighting equipment manufacturers) choose rotary screw air ends due to their reliability and durability.
150 PSI Maximum
By using oil injected rotary screw air ends, you can economically achieve 150 PSI maximum. If higher pressures are required, multi-stage reciprocating (pistons) are needed.

Our PLC Puts You In Control Of the Smart Air Compressor. The digital PLC enables manual or remote pressure adjustments from 70 PSI to 175 PSI. It includes Hertz display while unit is running & provides programmable timed starts and stops for each day of the week. It also displays maintenance alarms, indicating when it’s time to provide service or change filters and oil. Variable Speed Saves You Money in Operating expense. Wi-Fi and ethernet enabled for monitoring and controlling dozens of functions enabling users to CUSTOMIZE operating settings 7x24x365 using a mobile phone, laptop, or other smart device.

Fan
Dryer Fans
Dryer Fans are engineered to cool the condenser. The condenser coil circulates a hot refrigerant from heat pulled from the compressed air. This hot refrigerant is then cooled by a cooling fan which circulates ambient air through the condenser coil radiator.
Rotary Screw Cooling Fan/Radiator
Our Rotary Screw compressors are equipped with a split bar radiator and a circulating fan. The fan cools the compressor oil and the air end air to the tank, reducing wear and tear and excessive moisture from the air system.
Hydro Cooling Fan/Radiator
Our unique Hydro water cooled Piston compressors are equipped with a split bar radiator and a circulating fan. The fan cools the water temperature/anti-freeze that cools the piston pump. The fan also cools the after cooler radiator and reduces excessive moisture from the air system.

Eaton Compressor, backs all our rotary screw air compressors with the best extended warranty in the industry – a full 10 years – and it is NOT pro-rated. Make sure to research and ask questions, when comparing warranty information. Be certain, when you buy, that you are getting a FULL warranty. A Pro-Rated warranty means that, the older the compressor gets, the more risk that you may have to pay out of your own pocket should it need repair. With our warranty, we don’t ask you to buy a service plan, or extended warranty – we just ask that you purchase and use our oil and filters. This ensures the correct oil and filters to keep your rotary screw air compressor running for years to come. Motor
These units have name brand OPD (open drip motors) on them, all of which carry a five-year warranty. All of our motors are low RPM (1750 rpm), versus the higher RPM motors (3450 RPM) used on many competitive units. 1750 RPM motors run much cooler than 3450 RPM motors, because of the higher torque factor. They also yield low harmonic distortion, provide much higher torque in cold weather starting and requiring less electricity under start up.

Purchased a 10HP screw compressor from Matt in April. A few years early I purchase a 15HP Sullair ES-8 with a tank and dryer. The Eaton is much quieter. Build quality is better than my Sullair plug and play. Air end performs flawlessly. Great performance at high demand. Energy efficient. I saved about %30 from a comprable sullair. Dryer works great. My story is long, so I will highlight my experience as briefly as I can. I researched compressors and dryers for 2 months. I finally bought a 10 horse Polar Air Rotary Screw Compressor from Eaton Compressor. All American made and a great warranty at what I believe is a very good price!
I got my compressor in, it looked as though it had a rough trip from the delivery company. It did. It had been dropped!
I called Eaton and was put in touch with one of their lead techs Bert. He was ready to assist me on finding out if we could fix what was damaged during transit. I could not talk with Bert until after 6pm at night, this gentleman gave me his cell phone number to call him when I could. I called him and it was clear that he was at a game for one of his kids, yet he still took my call! In short, I needed another compressor. The next day on their day off Matt and Tina, the owners called me to let me know a new compressor was on it way. Wow! The next day I ordered my dryer!
I have been in the Auto-body trade for 35 years and of that been a licensed and ordained minister for 22 years. In my years I have never met a company full of more integrity and honesty in my life! We have a 10hp screw compressor that I purchased 5-7yrs ago. At first we didnt use it much as I was building our the business and working out of my garage at the time. When we moved into our shop and really had to put this compressor to use we had a couple hiccups with it as an oil filter fitting blew apart and I called the emergency line and Bert was able to help me not only diagnose the problem but assured me they would take care of the issue since the had a run of bad filter parts around the time mine was built. I had the new part on Monday as this blew apart on Friday night. Put the new fitting in and I was good to go with that. After that happened I started to have a leak by the pump seal and the compressor seemed to be different after the filter housing blew apart. Once again I called Bert and this time he sent a mechanic from Ohio to my shop in IL for him to look at it and fix what needed to be fixed. They did an amazing job and all of this they covered under warranty since not only my hours were so low. I was and still am impressed with Eaton and have nothing but good things to say about them! I hope to purchase another bigger compressor from them soon!!!
