ADVANCED LUBRICATING SYSTEM

Pressure Lubrication

Air compressors require a good lubrication system to operate sufficiently. Knowing your machine and its oil system helps to avoid having to spend unnecessary time on maintenance issues. Oil lubricates, and primarily helps to reduce the friction between the components in the pump of the air compressor. This process will produce less heat from the friction, consume less energy and provide a longer machine lifecycle.

Industry Solution For Reaching Critical Lubricated Areas

When it comes to a reciprocating air compressor pump, the lubrication system is the most critical part of trouble-free operation. The lubrication system provides cooling, reduced friction and sealing. Pressure Lube reaches all critical areas.

Pressure Lube Is An
Eaton Standard Feature

Pressure Lubrication is more technically advanced and a far more precise method to deliver oil to critical parts of the pump than other methods, resulting in longer pump life. The oil is pumped through an oil filter and into the pump where it is then recycled and reused. Since the oil pump is delivering the oil more efficiently the viscosity of the oil is less critical than with a splash system. Typically, in the compressor industry it is more costly to upgrade to pressure lubrication systems, because we believe in producing the best compressor over all. Therefore, we build our compressor with our Patented Pressure Lubricated Pumps as a standard feature. These pumps have a 70,000HR + life expectancy, comes with a re-usable oil filter and an oil pressure gauge. We also will back it with our Extended limited Lifetime Pump warranty!
