Our Compressors are ETL certified. Engineered and manufactured in the USA our patented Silent Air System dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling the intake air through a series of base plates. ADVANCED LUBRICATING SYSTEM

Pressure Lubrication

Air compressors require a good lubrication system to operate sufficiently. Knowing your machine and its oil system helps to avoid having to spend unnecessary time on maintenance issues. Oil lubricates, and primarily helps to reduce the friction between the components in the pump of the air compressor. This process will produce less heat from the friction, consume less energy and provide a longer machine lifecycle.

Oil Filter

Our oil filters have been crafted to effectively remove contaminates. With an increased cooling system, this helps to keep small particles from wearing down our piston units and proactively creates longer pump life.

Low RPM Pump

Pump RPM is a very critical factor in both performance and longevity.  For that reason, on most of our compressors, we normally “GO BIG” over-sizing our pumps and running them at lower RPMs than most manufacturers.  Our bigger, low RPM pump can still yield a high CFM output because both our bore and stroke are bigger.  Not only do you get the big CFM output, but the lower RPM operation also reduces friction and heat buildup to extend pump life!

The Magnetic Starter provides a safe start method along with an overload protection when starting the compressor.

Low RPM Industrial Grade Motor

It is most important to note that all of our motors are low RPM motors (1750 rpm)… most manufacturers now use higher RPM motors (3450 rpm). 1750 RPM motors run much cooler than 3450 RPM motors because of the higher torque factor. They also yield low harmonic distortion, provide much higher torque in cold weather starting and require less electricity under start up.

We only use top quality components like our 2 Groove pulleys, 2 Groove B-style belts, all brass ASME valves, 16G solid and expanded Steel belt guards.
